I find on forums at times some people (no names mentioned) get LOADS of comments and other, unknown posters get none or few. On a blog, a comment is someone liking what you blogged, not someone just saying it for the hell of it.Maxamillianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15914768350821676608noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7585433800102556955.post-78569958905329734132012-09-17T15:30:47.142+01:002012-09-17T15:30:47.142+01:00Absolutely agree. Like you I enjoy feedback (comments) but I also recognise that many people will read my Blog and never comment. Personally I don't have a problem with that but its nice to know they have passed through. I don't know why I do it either, but if tracking hits for interest level, you can also see how many hits the thread on the forum received as well. <br />Adamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01340813263749275644noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7585433800102556955.post-56404408405951101822012-09-17T12:16:33.550+01:002012-09-17T12:16:33.550+01:00...also? I do try and make sure that the post on the forum/list is relevant to the forum, though - for example, I won't plug my Horse Of A Different Colour series on a WW2-only forum :DMike Whitakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02165272678144625943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7585433800102556955.post-17853934322510909042012-09-17T12:08:25.558+01:002012-09-17T12:08:25.558+01:00I agree with the two gents aboveI agree with the two gents aboveNeil Scotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05796937765907984193noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7585433800102556955.post-87877418087739367232012-09-17T11:14:59.794+01:002012-09-17T11:14:59.794+01:00My friend with the bad spelling is right and I tot...My friend with the bad spelling is right and I totally agree! The Angry Lurkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01227314379603418332noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7585433800102556955.post-1581703934543198572012-09-17T11:12:08.100+01:002012-09-17T11:12:08.100+01:00I couldn't agree more with all you have said, ...I couldn't agree more with all you have said, I too saw the TMP post and thought it was a little silly to be honest. I like yourself post links on the TMP forum and others as well, it takes me quite a while to get a post written for others to read and hopefully enjoy. If a one line introduction is not enough for some TMPers, that's their tuff luck. TMP is a great tool for gamers but sometimes you do get the do-gooder busy body types on there. I just ignore them as most people do.Ray Rousellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07352596392520905197noreply@blogger.com
